May 11, 1997 - once again I find myself in my lab on a Sunday. Maybe I really am a geek. I experienced my first birthday in clarenville. It was very interesting. I didn't get to bed until 5:30 in the morning. I am going home on Friday and I can honestly say that I really looking forward to the summer. I have a good feeling about it this year.

May 5, 1997 - Well. I have just come back from a little vacation and I had a grand time. I must thank Neil(god) and Diana(goddess) for throwing me that wonderful birthday party. I had a great time and the pizza was very good. But not as good at the salt and vinegar chips.

April 9, 1997 - I am stuck in the middle of a pile of work...EKK! I will survive but I cannot wait to get home. I love Clarenville but sometimes people can be soooo strange.

April 7, 1997 - I can officially say that I deserve the stupid person of the year award. Thank heaven's I have a really smart mom.

March 30, 1997 - Dana is once again an aunt. My darling sister Tracey gave birth to a little baby girl. Her name is Abbey Elizabeth Rowe. I haven't seen her yet but I sense many nights of baby-sitting in the future.
